Sourcing Coordinator
Job Summary: We’re looking for a Sourcing Coordinator who can provide additional support to our Sourcing Department. The ideal candidate will be able to assist with various tasks across our Import, Fabric, Fit & Spec and Quality Control teams.
Key responsibilities:
Communicate daily with suppliers overseas;
Follow up with designers for all approvals of trims & lab dips;
Follow up on fabric developments and maintain fabric log;
Forward and ensure receipt of purchase orders to vendors;
Maintain a status on incoming packages and samples;
Support Specialist by maintaining updated status reports.
To qualify for this role, you must have:
DEC in Fashion Design or Fashion Marketing (an asset);
1-3 years of experience in Import/Production (apparel industry);
Detailed oriented, self-motivated;
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word);
Bilingual (English/French).
