Internally, CEO Thomas Kelly and the team abide by a set system of values that prioritizes things like self-managemant, distributed ownership, and advice gathering. You will partner with the CEO to build structures for internal and external projects, own the implementation of strategic processes, and collaborate with the entire team to ensure peak performance.
What our client needs:

Provide strategic guidance and support to the CEO and executive team

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the organization

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Identify and evaluate business opportunities and make recommendations

Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making

Optimize project management tools

Iterate and oversee performance review processes

Host tactical and governance team meetings

Delegate and supervise tasks of the fractional support team members
Essential Skills and Abilities:

4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
-
Passion for Operations and Project Management
-
Experience in owning and managing projects through completion

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently AND collaboratively

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to travel. Passport required.
