Major Responsibilities
- Reception desk duties, greet and direct onsite guests and clients
- Answer, screen and forward all incoming calls and handling callers’ inquiries whenever possible
- Receive and respond emails, draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Build and maintain clients’ database; develop and implement operational processes and procedures to constantly improve documentation, risk control and process effectiveness
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent English communication skills in both written and oral
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), email and internet
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, punctual and responsible with strong analytical skills
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- Quick learner and team player; willing to take initiatives to solve on-going problems
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
