WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you will:

Resolve technical issues
-
Resolve billing enquiries
-
Provide offers targeted for wireless/cable/internet services
-
Change plans
-
Follow client policy/process/procedures
-
Ensure first call resolution and customer satisfaction
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

Minimum of 1 year customer service experience

This position is a train onsite with the option to work from home after training
-
Completion of High School or equivalent
-
Available to work FT Sun-Sat 8am-1am
-
Background clearance
-
Complete/pass a language assessment (English), typing test, PC navigation

Work well in a team environment
-
Available to complete 8 weeks of training
