The Position
The Customer Care Specialist will be a customer-oriented person with a sharp eye for detail. As we are strictly a Business-to-Business manufacturer, the role will involve speaking with our retailers via email and phone to assist with orders, questions, and quotes. The Account Associate will need to be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and a good work ethic.
- Tasks
o Placing orders and sending confirmation to retailers
o Creating and sending Return Authorizations (RAs) as required
o Providing quotes for customizations
o Updating quotes, orders, and RAs as required
o Directing requests to appropriate departments
o Assisting with account issues (lost passwords, update email lists, etc.)
- Requirements
o Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
o Professional and personable via email and phone
o Able to maintain composure under pressure
o Ability to work individually and within a team
o Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

Compensation: Based on experience
Employee health benefit program will take effect after probation period.
