We are seeking a Logistic Coordinator to oversee the execution of operational logistics.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor international shipments from origin to destination, ensuring compliance with regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.
Prepare and process documentation related to international shipping, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other required documents.
Work with carriers, agents, and other service providers to negotiate rates, select routes, and arrange transportation for goods.
Ensure that shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and marked, and that all necessary documentation is in order.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, expenses, and inventory levels, and generate reports as needed.
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that shipments are delivered on time and according to specifications.
Resolve issues related to shipments, such as delays, damage, or loss, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Stay up-to-date on international shipping regulations and industry trends, and recommend improvements to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, purchasing, and finance, to ensure that logistics activities are aligned with business objectives.
Manage and supervise the logistics team to ensure smooth operation and good performance.
Oversee the tracking and movement of goods in real-time, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Provide excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and handling complaints.
Manage relationships with customs officials and other government agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
